Though the bold full make-up look of the bride does not go out of fashion, the millennials in recent times are going for softer shades – millennial pink making a wave – and a natural look with minimal make-up.

Earlier, consumers would slather, lather, rub and spray different skin care products on their body every day; and since our skin acts more like a sponge than a barrier, they absorbed all the harmful chemicals. However, in today’s world, a majority of consumers are health conscious and the demand for natural ingredients is gaining momentum.

Moving towards natural and greener products comes with its own perceived social status. It’s not just a beauty product that the consumer is buying any more; it’s a lifestyle choice. Generally, the Indian brides turn to their favourite celebrities and social media to get inspiration for their special day look. Prep up

It is no secret that the make-up will look only as glowy and natural if the skin is well taken care of. Therefore, preparing the skin for the main day is of prime importance and should not be neglected. Eat healthy foods that are rich in vitamins A and C. Keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Brides should begin embracing a proper skin care regimen months before the big day. They should use a good cleanser, toner and moisturizer for the skin.
